Podcast: Trigames.NET Podcast Episode 172 - Superman Has Stubble [Written 2010-04-26]
Let's Rebooting! returns as we talk about the first videogame consoles we ever bought with our own hard-earned money. After that, we get into the topic which we've been pushing back for weeks now: the different approaches in storytelling taken by games.
Apparently, Superman had stubble in "Superman III: The Craptastic Movieness." This comes from Al.

But on to bigger and better things. Let's Rebooting! returns as we talk about the first videogame consoles we ever bought with our own hard-earned money. Then we dig into a bunch of listener submissions on the very same topic. Somehow this veers off topic as we start reminiscing very slightly about the Gameboy Advance.

After that, we finally get into our story topic which we've been pushing back for a few million weeks now: the different approaches in storytelling taken by games such as God of War III, Final Fantasy XIII, Heavy Rain, and Dragon Age. Somehow THIS also veers somewhat off topic--but not really--as Pete and Al discuss how Mass Effect's choices affect how things play out. (Not WHAT happens, just how much of an impact things have. NO WORRIES ABOUT TEH SPOILARS.
