AT A GLANCE
aesthetics
GRAPHICS: Sparkling 2D and bright, clean art. Nothing groundbreaking, though. Still pretty to look at.
SOUND: Familiar Yoshi sounds and Nintendo fare, with cute songs that easily get stuck in your head.
execution
GAMEPLAY: The crowd is divided; I stand firmly in the 'It rocks' camp. Innovative and a precursor to Kirby's Canvas Curse, it's simple to learn yet challenging.
VALUE: Honestly it's pretty weak here. Same modes and same randomly generated segments over and over. No "beginning" or "end" to speak of.
OVERALL
Yoshi's Touch and Go comes highly recommended for people wanting an arcade-like, innovative touch-screen experience - naysayers be damned.
