Today's Thing: Dying Duck: Making Shadow of the Colossus (Translated)

There's not much to explain here - the folks at DyingDuck.com have translated an article detailing the making of the Playstation 2 hit, Shadow of the Colossus. It's a highly, highly technical piece of reading, but it's incredibly interesting to see just how the team squeezed hardware-intensive effects such as High Dynamic Range (HDR) lighting out of the creaky PS2 hardware. The translation is very well done, without the usual Babelfish artifacts. "We are the develop of HDR lightment in the game screen!" None of that.
